About the Company: One of the UK's longest-established specialist providers of air hygiene and water treatment solutions, our client is a national organisation supporting a diverse range of sectors, including high-security establishments, healthcare, local government, and education.
Position Overview: Due to internal restructuring, our client has an opening for a Technician Supervisor to oversee service delivery in the North and South regions. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, you will manage and support a team of Technicians, ensuring high standards in compliance, health and safety, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Team Leaders and Technicians to ensure service quality and job completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess job quality and ensure H&S standards.
- Manage job resources, ensuring Technicians have the tools, information, and equipment needed.
- Oversee and authorise timesheets and expense claims.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Technicians regarding site-related issues.
- Work closely with the internal operations team to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety protocols, including RAMS.
