Working Pattern: Hybrid (3-4 days on site)
Veredus are supporting a research-intensive UK University with the recruitment of an Interim Registrar & Chief Operating Officer. This is a critical interim appointment at a pivotal time for the institution. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor, the postholder will work closely with the Executive and the Board, making a significant contribution to the strategic direction and decision making across the full range of institutional activity.
Combining strategic operational leadership with the continued delivery of a major transformation agenda, this will require an experienced, credible people leader who can operate at pace, lead through complexity, and support the adoption of the new structures and operating models, while maintaining organisational momentum and performance.
The appointment is expected to commence in July and will run until a permanent appointment is made (currently anticipated to be towards the end of the year).
Experience within a comparable role within a UK University setting is essential and applications without this experience will not be considered.
