Our client is a leading provider of PE and Music resources designed to make teaching easy, fun, and curriculum aligned for primary schools teaching the UK national curriculum. They pride themselves on supporting teachers with innovative solutions that inspire confidence and enrich learning, and they are seeking an experienced, visionary leader to step into maternity leave cover. This pivotal role needs to ensure the continued success and growth of the business during this period.

They are looking for an experienced leader, ideally with headteacher or deputy headteacher experience, with a strong background in teaching or leading both PE and music in UK primary schools.

As Interim Operations & Education Lead, you will:

  • Oversee the operational management of the business.
  • Support key educational projects.
  • Provide leadership to ensure the company continues to deliver its high-quality services to schools.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business.
  • Oversee and support the delivery of our PE and music resources, maintaining curriculum alignment and quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with schools, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and aligned with our values.
  • Collaborate with the co-founders (remotely) to ensure strategic alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
