The Opportunity
We are growing our Executive Search practice and are looking for a Research Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering senior and board-level appointments. You will operate as a true partner on assignments, shaping search strategy, engaging senior leaders globally, and contributing to the overall quality and impact of our work. You will work closely with experienced Consultants and Directors, gaining exposure to high-profile mandates while building your own voice and credibility in the market.
The Role
- Lead market mapping and develop intelligent, insight-led search strategies.
- Identify, engage and assess senior talent across complex and often global markets.
- Build diverse and high-calibre talent pipelines through inclusive search practices.
- Partner with Consultants to deliver assignments end-to-end, contributing to client discussions where appropriate.
- Produce high-quality research outputs and candidate insights to inform decision-making.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for Veredus and our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and market information.
- Contribute to proposals, pitches and thought leadership through market intelligence.
- Support wider practice development, including sector mapping and business development activity.
About You
