Duration: 3 months
Role description: Working alongside the current postholder during a transition period, the successful candidate will provide specialist strategic reward leadership and support to the Chief People Officer, Chair of Remuneration Committee (RemCo), and HR Senior Leadership Team. They will help ensure continuity across critical reward activities while supporting delivery of the People Transformation Plan.
The initial focus will include:
- Salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Executive remuneration
- Pay and grading frameworks
- Job evaluation governance
- Talent management and succession planning
- Equal pay and pay gap analysis
- Workforce affordability modelling
- Reward strategy development
The postholder will also provide informed advice and insight to senior leaders on reward-related risks, opportunities and decision-making.
