We are seeking an experienced Duty Security Manager / Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated security team across day and night shifts. The role comes with an extensive benefits package which includes the use of an on-site gym, free breakfast and lunch.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- You must have experience supervising a security team as Security Supervisor, Duty Security Manager or Shift Manager.
- SIA license holder and ideally you will hold a CCTV license or be prepared to obtain it.
- Happy working a mix of day and night shifts.
- First class customer care skills with a passion for service excellence.
- A passion for training and developing security officers.
- Experience of positively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Confident utilizing technology in your role.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the delivery of site security ensuring a 5-star service is delivered to guests, visitors and staff.
- Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development.
- Staff training and development.
- Rota management.
- Undertake regular security patrols.
- Front of house meeting and greeting.
- Implementation of policies, SOP’s, AI’s, emergency preparedness etc.
- Incident management and response.
- Responding to facilities issues within the building.
- Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information.
- Oversee the operation of security systems.
- Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
- Undertake security officer duties as required.
