We are growing and are therefore looking for further colleagues to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date as: Production Operative – Final Assembly, at our company in the beautiful Peak District National Park.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of furnaces and ovens which consists of taking a variety of electrical and mechanical parts and sub-assemblies to produce the products.
- To liaise with in-house personnel as required to resolve build and design issues.
- Correct completion of time sheets ensuring correct routing codes are used and the correct time is booked to the individual codes.
- To have an awareness of deviations in stock levels; overstocks and shortages and discuss with the relevant person.
- Work to set deadlines with strict adherence to Quality principles.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Able to read drawings.
- Able to follow standard working practices.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment and electrical knowledge or previous assembly experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential as full training can be given to the right applicant.

- 4-day week on an 8-week rotating shift (38 hours per week): Rotates between Monday–Thursday and Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
