The successful Receptionist will
- Meet and greet resort guests.
- Assist guests with any queries they may have.
- Advise on the local area.
- Issue accommodation keys and information.
- Advise guests on events within the resort.
- Handle telephone calls.
- Deal with customer complaints.
- Accurate cash handling.
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at The Springs Resort & Golf Club in Oxfordshire. Hourly rate of £12.89!
This is a temporary position to work part time hours. This will be 24 hours across 3 days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
