We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa near King's Lynn. Hourly rate of £12.71 plus commission!

This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 16 hours across variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, majority will be massage based.
  • Answer queries and book appointments, advise guests on suitable treatments.
  • Ensure that the salon is appealing to guests.
  • Actively work to help promote the spa.
  • Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
  • Ensure client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous salon experience is desired.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position.
  • The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
