Verde Resorts is seeking a Sous Chef for Rivendale Lodge Retreat in The Peak District. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, with evenings, weekends and bank holidays required. Salary is £29,000 per annum, based on experience.
Responsibilities include day-to-day kitchen management, portion control, stock ordering and maintaining food hygiene standards. A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is required, and a driving licence is advantageous.
