This is a permanent part-time position working 16 hours across two variable days, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Take on a range of kitchen responsibilities
- Perform pot washing
- Collect, clean and replenish all crockery and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently
- Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of various food dishes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
Qualifications
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Similar previous experience is ideal, however not essential
- A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
- Ability to identify and anticipate needs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- HACCP/Food Safety Management skills
