We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Dundonald Links in Gailes. This is a permanent position to work full time hours, 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
About The Role
Main responsibilities:
- Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work in the Housekeeping Manager's absence.
- Work alongside the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
- Ensure the team are promptly reporting any lost and found property.
- Complete staff rotas.
- Ensure that staff are trained.
- Manage the motivation and any issues within the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
- A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage in order to enable an easy commute.
