We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Dundonald Links in Gailes. This is a permanent position to work full time hours, 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work in the Housekeeping Manager's absence.
  • Work alongside the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
  • Ensure the team are promptly reporting any lost and found property.
  • Complete staff rotas.
  • Ensure that staff are trained.
  • Manage the motivation and any issues within the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
  • A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage in order to enable an easy commute.
