Our team is a curious, collaborative group of expert analysts, data engineers, commercial specialists, creative professionals, and thought leaders working together to help clients achieve their most important goals.
The role… We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to take full ownership of marketing for a number of Verdantix’s core solution areas. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of end-to-end demand generation campaigns, shaping go-to-market strategies and influencing stakeholders across sales, research, and product.

This is a role for someone who wants to make an impact, lead initiatives from concept to execution, and directly shape pipeline and brand influence.
For this role we are considering applications in the region of £35,000 - £37,000 (dependent on experience) with a very competitive bonus, paid quarterly. This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days a week in the office during probationary period, and will decrease to 2 days upon successful completion.

- Work with design teams to create high-quality visual and digital assets to support your campaigns.
- Act as the marketing lead for your solution areas.
- Chair campaign optimization meetings for your solutions to align campaign design with commercial objectives.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Use data to refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
About You

- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimisation.

- Competence using CRM and digital marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, lead generation, and marketing automation.
