The Role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will support the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for Verdantix's portfolio of intelligence solutions. You will play a central role in shaping how we bring products to market, communicate value to enterprise customers, and enable commercial teams to win. This is a high-impact role for a strategic doer who thrives on curiosity, loves to experiment, and is energized by building from the ground up. Working at the intersection of Product, Sales and Marketing, you will translate market intelligence into compelling narratives, differentiated positioning and effective go-to-market initiatives. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a skilled storyteller and a strong cross‑functional collaborator who can influence stakeholders at all levels. The Product Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing. Salary opportunity is £45K - £46K depending on experience level, plus a very competitive quarterly bonus scheme. This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in the office during the probationary period.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning for new and existing products and features that clearly communicate the value of our products and services to target audiences.
  • Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for product launches, repackaging, and repositioning initiatives, owning the process end‑to‑end.
  • Create compelling sales collateral, web copy, and product documentation.
  • Equip commercial teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to win in a complex sales environment.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to inform product strategy, identify opportunities, and sharpen our edge.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

About You

  • An undergraduate degree and at least three years' experience in product marketing or a related role within enterprise B2B SaaS, data or tech, with experience supporting multiple product lines and buyer audiences.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise audiences in the form of sales enablement and marketing/product materials.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to uncover patterns, distil findings into clear insights and confidently influence stakeholders across teams and seniority levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to conduct customer and competitive positioning research.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality, impactful work autonomously.
