Verdantix is seeking a Client Success Specialist to help clients realise the full value of their subscription.
You will work with the Account Management team to support onboarding, drive user engagement, promote platform adoption and build strong relationships across our customer base.
In this role you will engage clients by email, phone and virtual meetings, maximise platform usage, and guide them on navigating Verdantix research to meet business objectives.
