A global ESG software business with its own consultancy arm is seeking a Head of Product to be based in central London, working on a hybrid basis. Reporting into the Co-Founder, you will lead product strategy, expand the product team and deliver the product roadmap to support the business become the world's leading carbon intelligence platform. This is a new role to support the business as it enters a period of substantial expansion, both technical and commercial. They already work with hundreds of companies at enterprise level and below; your role will be to enable success through product excellence.
Key duties will include:
- Develop, communicate and deliver a clear product strategy, creating a long term vision to make the business the leader in ESG SaaS reporting, decarbonisation strategy and climate intelligence.
- Lead and mentor the product team, including Product Managers, Designers and QAs.
- Partner with Engineering, Sustainability and Commercial teams, building successful working relationships.
- Drive discovery, getting handsâon with requirements, especially in complex areas and refine processes.
- Ensure they deliver worldâclass experiences at scale, implementing the roadmap commitments.
Candidates MUST have:
- Demonstrable, successful experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience leading product teams in a B2B SaaS business, that are ideally workflow driven and data heavy.
- Good experience in the ESG, Climate Technology and/or Sustainability sector.
- Significant technical understanding, allowing you to work well with the development/engineering team, understanding systems, data models and APIs.
- Have owned complex product roadmaps, from discovery through to delivery.
- Grown and managed a product team.
- Experience building strong internal relationships, at all levels.
Desirable are:
- Experience working in a business that is undergoing rapid growth.
- Experience in an ESG SaaS solution business delivering enterprise level solutions.
- International product experience.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a purpose led and progressive business, with hybrid working patterns that is looking to deliver a unique and firstâclass service. The successful candidate will receive a salary of ÂŁ100,000 - ÂŁ150,000 based on experience, equity and good benefits.
