By leading and developing the ownership sales team, setting clear standards, and driving performance, you’ll oversee the full ownership journey — from first enquiry through to sale and ongoing owner relationships. You’ll ensure our holiday homes and parks are presented to the highest standard, while providing clear, honest guidance that builds trust and confidence with prospective owners.

Salary: £44,000 per annum plus excellent commission & bonus structure

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends

Location: Queensberry Bay Holiday Park, Annan, Dumfries and Galloway, DG12 5PN

We are looking for someone who loves meeting and talking to people and who shows real passion for the holiday home lifestyle and our beautiful park locations. You will be aware of market trends and be able to adapt to maintain sales targets. Motivation is key, as you'll drive exceptional performance through engaging incentives, collaborative teamwork, and empowerment.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Ownership team to achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Ensure all sales processes are followed, presenting products, site fees, and finance options clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and adapt strategies to meet sales objectives.
  • Attend caravan shows and promotional events to generate new business.
  • Liaise with Marketing to produce brochures, point‑of‑sale materials, and develop strategies to drive customer engagement.
  • Provide line management to the Ownership team, delivering training, guidance, and performance management through regular appraisals.
  • Keep existing owners informed about park updates, products, and services to maintain long‑term relationships.
  • Ensure a consistent, efficient, and personalised service is delivered to all customers and holiday home owners.
  • Lead recruitment, induction, and development of team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure all sales administration, CRM updates, invoices, and finance proposals are completed in line with company policies.
