That's why we're looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance team, ensuring our parks, facilities, accommodation and grounds are maintained to the highest standards for every guest and holiday homeowner.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of all maintenance operations across the park. From planning workloads and managing projects to developing your team and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and supporting the continued success of the park.

As Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee all maintenance, grounds, facilities and infrastructure across the park, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll manage a team of maintenance professionals, coordinate projects, oversee budgets and contractors, and ensure our parks remain attractive, functional and welcoming environments.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and developing the Maintenance team to deliver high standards across the park
• Planning, allocating and monitoring maintenance workloads, projects and park development works
• Ensuring all grounds, buildings, holiday homes and facilities are maintained safely and efficiently
• Managing team rotas, resources and staffing levels to support operational needs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A clean, valid driving licence
• Significant experience within a maintenance, facilities, grounds, construction or site management environment
• Previous experience managing or supervising maintenance teams
• Strong practical maintenance skills, ideally including property maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, landscaping or general building repairs
• Experience managing maintenance projects and coordinating multiple priorities
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with the ability to lead by example
• Good commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or controlling departmental costs
• A strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk management and safe working practices
• Experience within the holiday park, leisure, hospitality, accommodation or facilities management sector would be advantageous
