The Complex Team Member plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every guest by serving guests with care, keeping areas clean and well‑stocked, and following procedures correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food, beverage and entertainment services on site.
- Serve food and drinks to guests and assist chefs in the kitchen.
- Promote entertainment offerings and ensure the venue is clean and welcoming.
- Maintain bar and restaurant areas well‑stocked and following procedures correctly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or the ability to learn quickly.
- Enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
