We are seeking a Complex Supervisor who will support the Complex Manager in the effective day‑to‑day running of bar and restaurant operations across the complex. This role involves leading by example, supervising teams on shift, and ensuring high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and compliance with all operational procedures.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Bar & Restaurant Manager with day‑to‑day operations of the bars, ensuring excellence in customer service and focus on growth opportunities.
  • Manage a system of stock control, stock rotation and ordering in conjunction with the Bar & Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure sufficient and appropriate staffing at all times while adhering to wage budget.
  • Promote sales and encourage team members to up‑sell, providing coaching where appropriate.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures for the bar and kitchen are adhered to, including equipment switches.
  • Ensure all staff are smart, wearing uniforms and name badges at all times.
  • Ensure all team members are suitably trained, have comprehensive product knowledge and understand their responsibilities.
  • Provide bar and table service to customers, delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience supervising food and/or beverage service within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
  • Clear understanding of maintaining high service, quality and compliance standards.
  • Essential experience supervising and supporting a staff team.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive leadership style and the ability to manage challenges calmly and professionally.
