That’s why we’re looking for a Sales Administrator who takes pride in getting the basics right: accuracy, organization, and a friendly, professional approach. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day sales and administration of our holiday homes, ensuring every customer enquiry and transaction is handled efficiently and professionally. From processing sales and managing records to supporting the sales team and keeping systems up to date, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for our customers. Salary: £13.57 per hour.

Contract Type: Temporary.

Hours: Variable hours.

Location: Queensberry Bay, Annan, Dumfries and Galloway, DG12 5PN.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective administrative support to the park ownership team and assist with after-sales support.
  • Work closely with the ownership team, customer services, and head office to ensure timely invoicing and finance proposals.
  • Ensure the ownership process runs smoothly and provide a warm welcome and personalised service to owners.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, strong IT skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Elite CRM is desirable but not essential if you can quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively with the ownership team and customers via phone, in person, and in writing.
