That’s why we’re looking for a Complex Team Member who takes pride in the basics: serving guests with care, keeping areas clean and well‑stocked, and following procedures correctly. By supporting day‑to‑day operations across our bar and restaurant areas, working as part of a team, and getting things right first time, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every guest. Salary: £8.85 (age 16‑17) to £12.71 (age 18+) per hour
Contract Type: Seasonal
Hours: Off‑peak working days are Friday 3 pm–7 pm, Saturday 1 pm–8 pm, and Sunday 1 pm–8 pm. During peak periods, there will be an increase in working days and hours to meet business needs.
Location: Queensberry Bay Holiday Park, Powfoot, Annan DG12 5PN
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of food, beverage and entertainment services on park
- Assisting the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams by maintaining cleanliness, organisation and efficiency
- Kitchen cleaning and pot washing
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation
- Putting away deliveries
- Assisting with event set‑ups
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or the ability to learn quickly
- Enthusiastic and friendly
- Strong work ethic and good attention to detail
