About the role

This is a dual role.

You will lead the optimization of our ERP for procurement and supply chain, and you will work hands-on inside daily procurement operations.

On the systems side, you standardize and automate procurement workflows, build reporting, and make the platform scale for a global operation.

On the operations side, you support the procurement team directly with RFQs, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and shipment tracking.

The best person for this seat is comfortable moving between "improve the system" and "get the order out the door."

  • What You’ll Do
  • - Lead the continuous optimization of ERP for procurement and supply chain: design and maintain workflows, approval processes, user roles, permissions, and master data.
  • - Automate manual procurement tasks and standardize processes across EMEA, US, and APAC so the platform scales with the business.
  • - Build and maintain PO approval workflows with the right controls, and improve RFQ, PO, inventory, and vendor management processes.
  • - Develop dashboards and reporting for purchasing spend, supplier performance, lead times, and inventory to give management real-time visibility.
  • - Provide day-to-day ERP support to procurement users, troubleshoot issues, and translate their pain points into practical system improvements.
  • - Support daily procurement execution: RFQs, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, shipment tracking, supplier onboarding, and documentation.
  • - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order, delivery, and invoice issues, and support spend analysis and forecasting.
  • - Train users and maintain documentation to drive adoption and consistent process use.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • - 3+ years hands-on experience implementing or administering ERP, including configuring workflows, approval processes, and user permissions.
  • - 2 to 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or ERP operations, with a solid grasp of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into system improvements.
  • - Professional English communication skills and the ability to work across Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations.
  • Nice to Have
  • - Experience with Odoo (or equivalent) ERP Studio, Python, Postgre SQL, XML, or API integrations.
  • - Experience building Power BI dashboards.
  • - Prior experience supporting procurement or supply chain teams directly.
  • - Knowledge of AI infrastructure, data center operations, or hardware procurement.
  • - Experience in a fast-growing technology company.
  • - Mandarin, which helps with our Taiwan procurement team and suppliers.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, 3+ years hands-on experience implementing or administering ERP, 2 to 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or ERP operations, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Professional English communication skills
