About The Role
As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to help build the teams that will define Verda's future.
This is a highly strategic, hands‑on role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract exceptional talent across engineering, product, go‑to‑market, and corporate functions.
You'll own complex, business‑critical hiring processes while helping shape how we hire as we continue to scale internationally.
You will combine operational excellence with market insight, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while continuously improving our hiring practices, candidate experience, and employer brand.
- Your responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes for business‑critical and often hard‑to‑fill roles, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and make informed hiring decisions based on data and market insights.
- Proactively build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market mapping, ensuring we have access to exceptional talent before hiring demand arises.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing guidance on interview design, assessment, compensation benchmarking, and talent market dynamics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Verda's recruitment function by refining hiring processes, interview frameworks, recruiting metrics, and employer branding initiatives.
- Represent Verda in the talent market, building relationships with candidates and helping position us as an employer of choice within the AI and cloud infrastructure ecosystem.
- Your key competencies
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a technology or scale‑up environment
- Proven experience hiring for technical and business‑critical roles across multiple functions
- Strong experience partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders
- Excellent sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, including experience engaging passive candidates
- Strong understanding of technology hiring markets and recruitment best practices
- Experience managing complex recruitment processes from strategy through offer
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high‑priority searches simultaneously
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
