Verda is building a scalable training program for its data centre technicians across multiple sites. You will own onboarding, competency frameworks, and the documentation behind training and safety, ensuring consistency across the footprint.
You will develop a full curriculum covering:
- hardware handling
- cabling
- networking
- cooling
- electrical safety
You will also track certifications, run hands-on and classroom sessions, and maintain up-to-date SOPs and runbooks in collaboration with Operations.
