You will design procedures, standards, and processes to keep compute healthy, available, and serviceable, with strong emphasis on repeatability and governance.
You’ll define SOPs, incident/change management, asset lifecycle, and KPI reporting, coordinating with Hardware, Networking, Architecture, Expansion, and Cloud/Support teams to ensure consistent site-wide practices.
