At Verda, we're building a vertically-integrated European cloud computing platform designed for the full ML model lifecycle. Our growth depends on AI engineers and researchers finding Verda through technical content they trust and that respects their time — benchmarks they can reproduce and walkthroughs that get them to a result.

Verda is at the frontier of ML systems and AI infrastructure. As an NVIDIA Preferred Partner, we've consistently been among the first to deploy across every hardware generation — from Ampere to Blackwell. Our customers include 1X, SGLang, and vLLM, and we've collaborated on ecosystem engagements with PyTorch, SemiAnalysis, and GPU MODE. Our internal AI Lab conducts research into ML systems engineering and model‑x hardware co‑design, spanning distributed training, post‑training RL, inference at scale, compilation, and kernels.

About The Role

You will be Verda's public technical voice for AI engineers and researchers. You will create deep‑dive articles, benchmarks, walkthroughs, tutorials, and demos covering the ML model lifecycle — and build reproducible technical assets (repos, deployment templates, integrations) that AI developers can clone, run, and adapt to their own work. You will represent Verda at community meetups and industry events — speaking, running workshops, and engaging directly with engineers and researchers where they already are. You will collaborate with the world's leading AI companies across our partner network on co‑authored content and technical deep dives that expand Verda's credibility in the broader AI ecosystem. You will work closely with our internal AI Lab as well as product engineering and go‑to‑market teams to identify high‑impact ML/AI topics, translate new platform capabilities into developer‑focused work, and feed the editorial calendar with material AI developers actually want to read. You will be the voice of the AI developer community inside Verda, bringing back what you hear from AI developers to product and engineering to help shape what we build next. You will measure adoption, engagement, and impact in partnership with marketing operations, and refine your strategy based on what's actually working.

Your Key Competencies

  • Strong technical foundation in AI workloads and GPU infrastructure; comfortable with major ML frameworks such as PyTorch and the NVIDIA ecosystem
  • At least 3 years in developer advocacy, developer relations, technical writing, or similar roles where public‑facing work was a primary output
  • Track record of producing technical content that AI developers want to engage with, with public work to point to
  • Ability to simplify complex systems and infrastructure concepts into practical insights without losing precision
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for a technical audience; you can hold a room and write a tutorial that actually teaches
  • Organized and self‑driven; able to manage multiple content streams against a calendar that ships

Nice to Have

  • Experience developer‑tool, cloud infrastructure, AI‑native, or fast‑growing engineering‑first companies
  • Active in AI/ML developer communities such as GPU MODE with an existing or fast‑building network you can draw on

Practicalities

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid), London, UK (Hybrid), or Remote EU Employment: Full‑time and permanent.

How to prepare for a job interview at Verda

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Verda uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
