Verda Talent is an operator-led influencer marketing agency. We own and run our own YouTube channels and we represent a roster of established external creators. Because we make content ourselves, creators trust us to understand their world. We're a small, fast-moving team and you'll have real ownership from day one.
The role involves growing and looking after our creator roster — finding promising YouTube, TikTok and Instagram talent, bringing them on board, and matching them to the brand opportunities we bring in. If the Brand Partnerships role is our supply of deals, this role is our supply of talent.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and shortlist creators who’d be a strong fit for Verda Talent, across YouTube and short‑form platforms.
- Build and maintain our prospecting database by sourcing creators, tracking their reach, audience and recent performance.
- Run first‑contact outreach and pitch creators on representation.
- Assess incoming brand briefs against the roster: audience geography, size thresholds, exclusivity conflicts, fit.
- Keep creator relationships warm and well‑managed once they’re on board.
- Work closely with the brand side so the talent we sign matches the deals we can land.
What we’re looking for:
- A warm, persuasive communicator. Creators should want to work with you.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail (you’ll be juggling a lot of profiles and conversations).
- A real feel for YouTube content. You need to know what’s growing, what’s good, and why.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to spot and rank talent.
- 0–4 years’ experience in talent, partnerships, community, social or similar. We are open to both early‑career and more experienced candidates.
Nice to have:
- Experience sourcing or managing creators/influencers.
- Familiarity with platform analytics across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience with a CRM.
The details:
- Full‑time, permanent.
- Central London (office‑based).
- Salary: $3,000 USD per month.
