Verda Talent is an operator-led influencer marketing agency. We own and run our own YouTube channels and we represent a roster of established external creators. That means we sit on both sides of the table: we know what makes a sponsorship actually work because we run the channels ourselves. We're a small, fast-moving team and you'll have real ownership from day one.

The role involves owning the commercial pipeline—finding the right brands for our channels and creators, pitching them, and carrying deals through to signature. This is the engine room of the agency: your work directly funds the creators we represent and the content we make.

What you'll do:

  • Research and qualify brands that fit each channel's audience
  • Run outbound outreach end to end: targeted pitch emails, structured follow‑up sequences, and send timing tuned to each brand's region
  • Manage our CRM and keep the pipeline clean, accurate and moving
  • Quote and negotiate using our CPM-based rate methodology. You'll learn to price deals with confidence
  • Handle the commercial detail of contracts: deliverables, exclusivity windows, revision rounds, timelines
  • Build lasting relationships with brand and agency contacts so deals repeat

What we're looking for:

  • A confident, clear writer who can make a brand want to reply
  • Organised and self‑directed—you keep your own pipeline tidy without being chased
  • Comfortable with numbers and commercial reasoning (you don't need to be an analyst, but pricing shouldn't scare you)
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy and YouTube specifically
  • 0–4 years' experience in sales, partnerships, media, marketing or similar— we'll consider sharp candidates at the start of their career as well as those with a track record

Nice to have:

  • Experience with a sales CRM
  • Exposure to influencer, media or sponsorship deals
  • Familiarity with contract basics

The details:

  • Full-time, Freelance, Permanent
  • Central London (office-based)
  • Salary: $3,000 USD per month
