As a Senior Consultant, you bring experienced capability and leadership to the technical management and delivery of complex energy management and building optimisation projects for Bip.Verco’s clients. You work directly with clients, largely in Real Estate, to turn their aims into a reality through site audits, monitoring and proposing short‑term data solutions to optimise efficiency. Although this role is designated to one team, there will be opportunities to work across the company on a range of projects and different clients.

Project management: You manage a range of building optimisation and energy reduction projects with a variety of clients including real estate sites and ensure successful delivery to the client on time, to quality and within an agreed budget.

Technical input: You will provide expertise and technical input to projects, including data analytics, modelling and strategic insights as required for the delivery of our range of services.

Business development and proposal writing: You are actively engaged in developing business, by increasing the value of existing accounts or working on targeted business development activities, in line with the Sector Sales leads, including writing proposals and delivering technical webinars.

Client management: You maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build lasting relationships with new clients with the expectation of continuing and, where possible, increasing revenues from key accounts.

Operational: You provide timely responses to operational needs including invoicing, reviews, project management information, time‑sheeting, health & safety, etc.
