Vercity is recruiting an Asset Manager for a flagship project at Whiston Hospital and covering St Helens Hospital. You will bridge hospital management and the facilities service provider, attending board/contractor meetings and reporting on performance and compliance per the Project Agreement.
The role requires deep FM experience in healthcare/public sector settings, strong communication with stakeholders, and awareness of HTM/HSAW standards.
