Vercity are recruiting for an Operations Manager (Soft Services) for SPV projects supporting three hospitals in Nottinghamshire.

Based primarily at King’s Mill Hospital with occasional travel to Newark Hospital and Mansfield Community Hospitals, this role oversees a bundle of 12 soft FM services to satisfy the contract and Board requirements.

You will lead on-site delivery, ensure contract compliance with contemporaneous record keeping, drive KPI reporting and governance, and manage contractors.
