Vercity is recruiting an Asset Manager for flagship projects at Whiston Hospital and St Helens Hospital in the UK. The role bridges hospital management and the facilities service provider, with regular reporting on performance and compliance under the Project Agreement.
You will attend meetings with the hospital board and contractor, lead contract/variation/asset management activities, and ensure HTM/HSAW compliance and accurate information recording within the project framework.
