Vercity is one of the UK's leading providers of Asset and Infrastructure projects. We're currently looking to recruit an Operations Officer who keeps things moving, organised, and on track to join one of our flagship Educational contracts in the West of Scotland. Working directly with the General Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering complex PFI projects—coordinating stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring contractual obligations are met. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be central to how the project runs day-to-day.
What You'll Do
- Keep operations running smoothly across all project activities
- Manage communications, records, and key documentation
- Coordinate meetings, reporting, and board packs
- Support performance monitoring and compliance
- Liaise with service providers and stakeholders
- Assist with claims, site reviews, and general project delivery
