For nearly 30 years Vercity has been the leading provider of Asset and Infrastructure projects in the public sector in the UK & Canada with over £30 billion of privately-funded (PE-backed), public sector assets under management in the UK alone. We're recruiting a Finance Manager to join our team providing financial management across a portfolio of renewable infrastructure projects. This is a high‑impact role where you'll operate as the equivalent of Finance Director at project level, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and Boards.

- Owning financial management, governance and statutory compliance for complex SPVs
- Leading covenant, debt, budgeting, forecasting and financial model management
- Presenting to and advising Boards, funders and senior stakeholders
- Managing audits, tax, cash flows and shareholder distributions
- Playing a key role in assessing and reporting the financial impact of commercial activity
Требования:
- ACA , ACCA, CIMA qualified (practice trained preferred but not essential)
- 4+ years post‑qualified experience
- Strong technical accounting and financial modelling skills
- Comfortable operating in a high‑governance, compliance‑driven environment
- Able to communicate confidently at senior and Board level
- Будет плюсом: Experience in infrastructure, PFI or asset management is beneficial but not essential — high‑calibre candidates from practice looking for a step into industry are encouraged as are commercially minded, finance professionals with strong technical and stakeholder-management skills
