Southmead Hospital is one of over 100 projects we manage across the UK. As we currently review the Project and our client's requirements, the need has been identified for an Asset Manager, experienced in healthcare and PFI, to support our established team on an initial 6 month, FTC basis. You will be the bridge between the hospital management board and the facilities service provider. You will attend regular meetings with the Board and the Contractor including regular reporting on performance and compliance in line with the Project Agreement.
Responsibilities
- Contract Management
- Contractor Management and Communications
- Technical Lead including HTM & HSAW compliance and recording (the information recording is key)
- Asset Management Lead - under the terms of the Project Agreement
Qualifications
- In depth knowledge of FM service in a healthcare / public sector setting
- In depth knowledge of FM statutory and regulatory compliance including HTM / HSAW
- Knowledge of working with detailed contractual, statutory and guidance documents
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Proven record of service delivery
- And be a balanced and effective communicator, presenter and partner to all stakeholders in the project - conscious of the nature and challenges of a hospital setting and all that entails
