1 of our 100+ UK projects is at University Hospital, Hairmyres in East Kilbride. A site and project of which we are very proud, the need has arisen for an Asset Manager experienced in healthcare and PFI to join our established team and report to the project General Manager. You will be the bridge between the hospital management board and the facilities service provider. You will attend regular meetings with the Board and the Contractor including regular reporting on performance and compliance in line with the Project Agreement.
