What the role involves:
- Delivering short, high‑impact boot‑camp sessions in topics such as solar, wind, hydrogen, electrical theory or power conversion
- Using pre‑prepared materials — no need to write full lesson plans
- Making technical ideas feel simple, useful and achievable for learners who may be completely new to the subject
- Supporting 1–3 sessions per month (you choose which)

- Retired, semi‑retired, or stepping out of full‑time work
- Real industry experience beats academic post‑nominals every time
- You can explain, not just know — you enjoy seeing the penny drop

(No maths needed — just show how you explain ideas and engage people.)
About the boot‑camps:
