We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CUBE modeller who wants to take their career to the next level and get involved in some of the most high-profile CUBE model implementations in the UK and internationally. The role will be central to the delivery of these workstreams with significant opportunities for growth and independence. Successful candidates would be joining one of the largest transport modelling teams in the UK and Europe and will have on offer unparalleled diversity of projects and exposure to different types of clients in the UK and internationally. We are a friendly team with a number of modelling excellence centres in the UK, Poland and India. We operate without divisions as One Jacobs, with management practices and systems designed to take down regional barriers and encourage cross-office working. We've built a strong pipeline of transport modelling projects with major clients like Heathrow Airport, National Transport Authority Ireland, Transport for London, and various Middle East clients. Our work spans demand models, public transport assignment, cycling models, and airport surface access - all using CUBE family software.

You'll be central to delivering our transport modelling projects with opportunities to shape our expanding public transport and demand modelling services. Requirements:
- Numerate degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data, or equivalent quantitative background)
- Public transport or demand modelling experience using CUBE - Must have
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high technical standards
For leadership-focused candidates:
- Task/project management experience (budgets, timelines, deliverables)
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and technical proposals
- Team management and mentoring experience, or demonstrated readiness to develop these skills
Would be nice to have:
- Experience with other transport modelling packages (EMME, highway modelling, economic appraisal)
- Knowledge of UK transport modelling guidance
- Strong data analysis skills - competency in Excel, SQL, Python, or R
