We\’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Service Design Principal to join our Tesco Retail Media UX Design & Research team.In this pivotal role, you\’ll shape the future of retail media by designing complex service journeys that connect advertisers, internal teams, and customers across both digital and physical touchpoints. Your work will directly influence how we deliver value at scale-aligning business goals with customer needs to create coherent, innovative, and effective services. What You\’ll Do: Lead the design of holistic service experiences across the retail media ecosystem. Apply systems thinking to bring clarity and cohesion to complex, cross-functional journeys. Collaborate closely with product, commercial, and operations teams to align strategy and execution. Champion user-centered design principles while balancing commercial and operational realities. What We\’re Looking For: A seasoned service design leader with a strong portfolio of end-to-end service design work. Experience working in complex ecosystems-ideally in retail, media, or advertising. A strategic thinker who\’s also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to prototype and test. Excellent communication and facilitation skills to bring diverse stakeholders together.
