Senior Internal Communications Manager – Integration9-month Fixed-Term ContractLocation: London based (50% hybrid working)Salary: up to £85,000 (depending on experience)This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Internal Communications professional with business transformation background who would be interested in joining a dynamic integration period of the UK\’s leading insurance company.As Senior Internal Communications Manager – Integrations, you\’ll be critical in managing and delivering internal communication strategies to support the integration of Direct Line Group. You\’ll be an expert in internal communications, making sure we communicate to colleagues brilliantly with care and thoughtfulness to bring all teams along on this exciting journey.A bit about the job:This role is accountable for engaging colleagues as powerful advocates of our strategy, purpose, values, business and brand.You\’ll report to the Head of General Insurance and Integration Internal Comms and work closely with the Integration Programme team, Group/UKGI IC team, UKGI business and People teams to make sure all internal stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with the programme\’s objectives. You\’ll be key in making sure that the work you and the team do delivers a seamless transition, making sense for new colleagues and is tailored as necessary for all audiences. That\’s everything from content and campaigns; organisational change; through to engagement and leadership communications from before day 1 and beyond. Keeping colleagues respectfully informed, supporting leaders and putting two-way channels in place to create transparency and building trust will be essential.Please note that large-scale business transformation/integration internal communications experience is essential to be successful in this role.Skills and experience we\’re looking for:The person for this job will be a level-headed expert in their field, respected by all who they work with, and enthusiastic in the face of challenge.
