Quality Specialist (Trading Partners) - (12-15 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Role to be based at New London HQ. Office 2-3 times a week and rest WFH.
Support the Responsible Person in the fulfilment of responsibilities associated with licences, authorisations and registrations in the global wholesale distribution operations of GSK's Pharma Trading Partner companies.
Support the Responsible Person in the maintenance and management of Quality Assurance Agreements supporting the Trading Partner business operations globally.
Support, maintain and develop the Trading Partner Quality function to comply with the GSK Quality Management System.
In this role you will:
- Maintain and operate the Quality System in Trading Partner Quality / Supply Chain Finance including key processes such as deviation, CAPA, incident management, change control, risk management and self-inspection.
- Maintain Quality Assurance Agreements that support the operations of the Trading Partner Companies.
- Maintain the Customer, Supplier and Active Ingredient qualification processes.
- Maintain registrations, authorisations and licences as required.
- Support the preparation of internal and external audits or inspections at all levels.
- Support and maintain the document management system in Trading Partner Quality including review of QMS documents and updates to Trading Partner Quality SOPs.

- Degree or equivalent in scientific discipline or demonstrated equivalent level of knowledge.
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role in a complex regulated pharmaceutical environment including experience in the application and improvement of quality management systems.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Knowledge of the management of WDA(H) and MIA licences, Active Substance Registrations, Controlled Drug and Precursor Chemical licences.
- Good planning, organising and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to propose possible solutions to problems.
