Here's the exciting bit... a day includes:

  • Collaborate closely with the Hub Process Manager to assist in the daily operations of Hub stores.
  • This position focuses on promptly and efficiently addressing general queries related to Hub stores.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Hub store layouts and conduct regular performance reporting for Hub stores.
  • Support the day-to-day operations in the Hub stores.
  • Visit stores to understand and gather feedback from our Hub store teams.
  • Manage the Hub intranet documents to ensure they are consistently updated.
  • Collaborate with the security and audit teams to ensure the Hub store processes are compliant with business policies.
  • Maintain the Hub store layouts to optimise order picking efficiency.
  • Manage the ordering process for all Hub store consumables.
  • Report on hours used in store on the hub operation to ensure timely credit from the finance team.
  • Communicate productivity performance to the hub store teams and the wider team.
  • Work with our courier partner to ensure collection deadlines and service level agreements are met.
  • Support set up of new Hub stores and make necessary IT configuration adjustments.
