Please note this position is based in London and this will be the contractual location of the successful candidate; other locations cannot be considered.

A bit about the job:

The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that the organisation submits high-quality, competitive proposals that effectively address client needs. By managing the RFP process efficiently, the RFP Manager helps the organisation secure new business opportunities and maintain a strong market presence. The role also ensures content and collateral is current, up to date and meaningful, including Standard RFPs for all promoted strategies.

Within the role, you will be overseeing the creation of proposals, bids, quotations, and RFP responses that describe the organisation's products and services. You will also need to identify possible new bid opportunities and engage in discussions regarding which opportunities to put through the RFP process. The role will enable you to work closely with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure overall content is complete, accurate, and maximises business opportunities.

  • IMC qualification or equivalent Level 4 required
  • Salesforce and Loopio knowledge preferred
  • People Management Skills
