You\’ll lead a strategic programme (alongside other tactical change projects) designed to future-proof our Individual Annuity Business and unlock long-term value. Working closely with senior leaders across Aviva, you\’ll shape and deliver change that drives innovation, improves customer outcomes, and supports our growth. You\’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team at the heart of our Retirement Solutions business.Skills and experience we\’re looking for: Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Deep understanding of customer-led change and market dynamics Strong understanding of the UK life insurance market, with experience in life products Confident decision-maker with excellent risk management skillsDue to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.
