Be Part of a Game-Changing IT Transformation. Sopra Steria is building a brand-new, cutting-edge Managed Service, replacing a complex legacy Enterprise infrastructure with a fully automated, scalable, and highly secure environment. This greenfield project is a rare opportunity to work with the latest Windows, VMware, Ansible, Terraform, and scripting technologies, alongside niche infrastructure solutions.

We are looking for a System Administrator to play a key role in designing, managing, and securing a next-generation IT platform within a Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) environment. You will work on Active Directory, Delinea (formerly Quest), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Thales Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) - driving innovation and efficiency in an enterprise-scale deployment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working with cutting-edge technology - a next-gen, highly automated IT platform.
  • Shape a solution from the ground up, free from legacy constraints.
  • Directly influence security, automation, and infrastructure design.
  • Managing & securing Active Directory - User & group management, Group Policy, and domain controllers.
  • Administering Delinea solutions - Including AD management tools, migration, and recovery solutions.
  • Maintaining Thales HSMs - Ensuring the security and integrity of cryptographic keys & sensitive data.
  • Enhancing automation - Leveraging scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  • Optimising performance - System monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting for high availability.
  • Implementing security updates - Planning and executing upgrades & patches in line with best practices.

What You'll Bring:

  • Expertise in Active Directory Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Delinea (formerly Quest) solutions.
  • Strong PKI Management skills, including Thales HSMs.
  • Understanding of Tiered Active Directory Models.

It would be great if you had:

  • Scripting & Automation - PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
  • Deep knowledge of Security Best Practices.
  • Experience with ITIL Framework.
  • Database troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
