We're hiring an IT Systems Engineer to help us improve the way our tools, systems, and processes work together. In the near term, you’ll spend most of your time building scripts and improving workflows while leveraging AI, and helping us reduce tool sprawl and vendor noise. Over time, we’re looking for someone who can help bring more structure and long-term thinking to how our team operates. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite to effectively collaborate with our team and support our office's IT needs. Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across core IT systems Contribute to and help enforce IT documentation standards Help shift IT from reactive support to a proactive, strategic partner Fluent in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.), Process and project-oriented: AI and Automation Expertise: Able to leverage generative AI tools to improve IT workflows and automation Able to focus on immediate needs while aligning with long-term IT goals Identify and automate at least one high-impact IT workflow that improves team efficiency or reduces manual overhead Improve perception of IT by delivering quick wins that make internal tools and processes easier to work with Competitive compensation package, including equity.
