What you'll do
- Establish trusted partnerships with founders and developers by understanding their specific technical constraints and use cases.
- Manage the full sales cycle from identifying high-potential startups to securing new logos and driving early activation.
- Generate pipeline through outbound efforts and identify emerging startups early in their lifecycle.
- Advise customers on integrating AI-native features and modern web architectures into their production workflows.
- Utilize automation and agent-based workflows to manage your time and scale your impact.
- Help transition early sales experiments into repeatable, structured playbooks for the broader team.
Requirements
- Ability to learn complex technical products rapidly and understand the nuances of modern web and AI-native application scaling.
- Proven sales acumen with a track record of owning revenue outcomes across various deal sizes.
- Capability to communicate effectively with developers and founders using technical language.
- A strong perspective on frontend performance, web infrastructure, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments where you must help define and refine team processes.
- A focus on long-term customer success rather than transactional sales.
