You'll partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a best-in-class buying experience for some of the most sophisticated technical buyers in the market.
What You Will Do:

- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise AEs, helping them navigate complex, multi‐stakeholder deals with large engineering organizations
- Build and maintain C‐suite and VP‐level relationships at priority enterprise accounts across the region
- Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing, SDR leadership, and Solutions Engineering
- Drive outbound pipeline generation alongside your team
- Accurately forecast and report on team activity and revenue to EMEA sales leadership
- Represent Vercel at regional industry events, executive roundtables, and customer-facing engagements
- Identify and pursue new enterprise verticals and market segments with strong product‐market fit for Vercel in Northern Europe
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Legal to remove deal blockers and ensure a smooth post‐sale handoff
- Recruit top enterprise sales talent into the region and build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and customer obsession
About You:
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment, ideally with teams selling into engineering, DevOps, or IT buyers
- Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise sales teams in Northern Europe markets
- Hands‐on leader - you're comfortable coaching on deals and being in the room when it matters
- Deep understanding of complex, multi‐stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and how to navigate them
- Track record of exceeding regional revenue targets and consistently developing high‐performing AEs
- Comfortable selling to and building relationships with C‐level and VP‐level technical executives
- Fluency in English required; additional Northern European language skills (e.g. Swedish, Dutch, Danish) are a strong plus
- Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or the modern web development ecosystem is a plus
- Based in London; comfortable with regional travel across Northern Europe
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package, including equity.
- Inclusive Healthcare Package.

- Flexible Time Off.
- We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The London based pay range for this role is £300,000 - £350,000 OTE. Actual salary will be based on job‐related skills, experience, and location.
