Executive Search Division .
Verbatim Pharma partners with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, CDMO and clinical trial services organisations across Europe and North America, delivering retained executive search assignments for senior leadership and commercial appointments.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing executive search business, working on high-profile international assignments while helping to shape the future of our Executive Search Division.
The Role
As an Executive Researcher, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of retained executive search assignments, working closely with our Directors and clients throughout the search process.
You'll be responsible for identifying, mapping and engaging exceptional senior talent across global markets, producing market intelligence and building world-class candidate shortlists.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver executive research across retained search assignments.
- Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence projects.
- Identify and engage senior executives using a variety of research techniques and networking tools.
- Build target company lists, organisational maps and candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification conversations.
- Produce high-quality longlists, research reports and market insights.
- Maintain accurate candidate and project information within our CRM.
- Partner closely with Directors to ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who already understands the executive search process and enjoys uncovering exceptional talent.
Essential
- Previous experience working as an
- Executive Researcher
(or equivalent) within an executive search firm.
- Executive search experience in any sector .
- Strong market mapping and talent identification skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with senior executives and C-suite leaders.
- A proactive, inquisitive and professional approach.
Desirable
- Experience using Linked In Recruiter and other executive search research tools.
- Experience supporting retained executive search assignments.
- Life sciences experience (not essential).
